The January 2000 issue of Black Belt Magazine featured Gene LeBell on the cover and inside beating up on Mando Guerrero and on Silverado. After seeing the proofs for these shots Gene said: "Silverado is a good actor. He sells the pain very well." I rebutted: "Yeah, like I could act that well." The pain is real.
